I signed in online and selected "Tiffany" at the North Ambassador Caffery Parkway location in Lafayette, LA. After driving 20 minutes to the location, and being 5 minutes away (total 25 minute drive time), I logged in from my phone, refreshed, and the website confirmed I was still signed in (wanted to confirm just in case. since it had been 20 minutes). Upon my arrival, I walked in and I was off the screen. The employee up front said Tiffany had just walked out for the day (3:55 P.M., they close at 5:00 P.M.). No notification, no phone call, nothing. After driving through all the traffic for 25 minutes, and the unprofessional inconsiderate stylist "Tiffany" not having the courtesy to contact me and advise she was leaving an hour and 5 minutes early (she just removed me and left ), I was too angry to stay and I just said "that's fine" and walked out. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, inconsiderate, horrible customer service. My family and I will not return to this Sports Clips, and possibly no others. I have had minor issues in the past, and they just keep adding up. This incident was the icing on the cake. Tiffany needs to be spoken to and taught professionalism. I hope she had permission to leave an hour and 5 minutes early today, because the website apparently did not know, as I was allowed to select her within 30 minutes of my arrival time. I would like to note I have had no issues with stylist "Renee", who I normally go to. I am a regular customer and always leave a tip. Unfortunately for Renee, this will no longer occur, as I will no longer go there.
